Disclosed are an air duct plate and an air duct useful in air conditioning system. The air duct plate comprises an antibacterial coating layer (1), an inner lining layer (2), an adhesion layer (3), a substrate (4), and an outer decorative layer (5) which are stacked sequentially. The inner lining layer (2) is made of high strength textile. The substrate (4) is made of glass wool material.
