<p>Radio base stations (2B, 2C), to which a radio terminal (1A) is not connected, transmit their respective interference level notifications to the radio terminal (1A). The radio terminal (1A) transmits the received interference level notifications to a radio base station (2A) to which the radio terminal (1A) is connected. The radio base station (2A) appropriately changes, in accordance with the received interference level notifications, the frequency, transmission power and modulation scheme of the upstream communication channel allocated to the radio terminal (1A).</p> |
