PURPOSE: A thermal cooking container is provided to increase thermal efficiency by guiding air along the outside of a bottom part after finishing the heat exchange with the bottom part. CONSTITUTION: A thermal cooking container comprises an enclosure body(2), a plurality of protrusion plates(10) and a circumference protrusion(15). A plurality of protrusion plates is formed on the exterior of a bottom(5) of the enclosure body. The protrusion plate is projected around the bottom center domain of the main body in a radial direction. The protrusion plate multiplies a heating area. The circumference protrusion is projected in order to surround the protrusion plate with the exterior of the bottom.
