<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for improving frequency characteristics of an inductor incorporated in a wiring board by more reduction in parasitic capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The wiring board 2 includes a shield layer 5, and four layers 21, 22, 23, 24 of inductor wiring which are formed above the shield layer 5 and form the inductor, wherein by making the air core size R1 of the inductor wiring 21 closest to the shield layer 5 out of the four layers 21, 22, 23, 24 of the inductor wiring than air core sizes R2, R3, R4 of other layers 22, 23, 24 of the inductor wiring, the wiring area of the inductor wiring 21 is made the smallest. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
