SHIFT REGISTER AND SCANNING SIGNAL LINE DRIVING CIRCUIT PROVIDED WITH THE SAME, AND DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift register changing the order of scanning signal lines while suppressing increase in circuit area or increase in current consumption.

SOLUTION: Each stage constituting the shift register includes: a thin-film transistor TS for increasing a potential of an output terminal 61 based on a first clock CKA; thin-film transistors T1/T2 for increasing a potential of an area netA connected to a gate terminal of the thin-film transistor TS based on status signals output from a prestage/poststage; and thin-film transistors T3/T4 for lowering the potential of the area netA based on the status signals output from a stage next to the poststage/stage before the prestage. As for an initial stage of the shift register, the area netA is charged based on a first gate start pulse signal given from the outside, and for a final stage of the shift register, the area netA is charged based on a second gate start pulse signal given from the outside.
