<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit, an si(small interfering)RNA and a method for increasing the effectiveness of the siRNA. <P>SOLUTION: This kit consists of a pool of at least two siRNA double strands, each of which consists of a sequence complementary to a part of a sequence of one or more target messenger RNAs, and performing efficient sequence specific gene silencing.
