摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retardation plate which causes no variation in a birefringence compensation capability even when left under a high temperature environment while having advantageous optical characteristics as a retardation plate. <P>SOLUTION: The retardation plate comprises a laminated film including a layer A made of a material having a load deflection temperature of Ts(A), a layer B made of a material having a load deflection temperature of Ts(B), and a layer C interposed therebetween. The difference between the Ts(A) and the Ts(B) is 5&deg;C or more. The layer A comprises a polynorbornene resin, the layer B comprises a vinyl alicyclic hydrocarbon polymer resin, and the layer C comprises a resin including a copolymer composed of 5-80 wt.% of a polymer block comprising a styrene-based polymerization unit and 95-20 wt.% of a block comprising a polymerization unit selected from the group consisting of a butadiene-based polymerization unit, an isoprene-based polymerization unit, a polymerization unit of hydrides of these polymerization units, and combinations thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
