<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human osteocalcin fractionation measuring means in which operation is simple, and which is excellent in accuracy of measurement, specificity, and reproducibility. <P>SOLUTION: An anti-human osteocalcin monoclonal antibody reacts with an N terminus part of a human osteocalcin expressed with an amino acid sequence which consists of a specific sequence, and does not react with an N terminus part of a bovine osteocalcin expressed with an amino acid sequence which consists of another specific sequence which differs from the above amino acid sequence, a human osteocalcin measuring reagent includes the antibody, and the human osteocalcin measuring method uses the antibody or the measuring reagent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
