<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter with a latent image, in which ink containing a photoluminescent material is overlapped on the convex and concave formed on the base material to enable authentication of the latent image at a small observational degree. <P>SOLUTION: The printed matter with a latent image has, on its base material, a first image and an image area formed by overlapping a second image comprising an image different from the first image on the first image. The first image has a first area and a second area in the image area, and either of the first area or the second area is formed by arraying a plurality of first elements with a concave or convex shape onto the base material at a first pitch in a first direction. The second image is formed by a third area and a fourth area formed by arraying a plurality of second elements comprising a photoluminescent material with a color different from the base material and having different area rates respectively. The printed matter with the latent image is printed in such a manner that the second elements are overlapped in parallel on at least a portion of the first elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
