<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device preventing the situation that original conveying speed is not restored when an object conveyed at a predetermined conveying speed is decelerated and reaches a predetermined position, and to provide an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: When determining that the leading edge of paper reaches a predetermined position according to a leading edge detection signal after determining that the trailing edge of the paper reaches a predetermined first position while a CPU 50 controls the conveying speed of a first conveying belt to be kept at a transfer speed, the CPU 50 controls a motor 34 through a motor controller 64 so that the conveying speed of the first conveying belt can be kept at the transfer speed continuously. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
