PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material capable of continuously exhibiting superior non-adhesive properties while keeping preferable thermal adhesiveness. SOLUTION: The packaging material is made of a laminated body including at least a base material layer 1 and a thermal adhesion layer 2. The thermal adhesion layer is laminated as the outermost layer on one surface of the packaging material. Hydrophobic oxide fine particles 3 having an average primary particle diameter of 3-100 nm adhere to the outermost surface of the thermal adhesion layer which is not adjacent to the other layer. The hydrophobic oxide fine particles form a porous layer having a three-dimensional net-like structure.
