摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner surface machining device capable of accurately positioning an edged tool, making the maximum diameter of a machining head inserted into a long shaft smaller than that of prepared holes disposed on both ends of the long shaft, preventing degradation of machining accuracy caused by reactive force of the edged tool during machining, and machining the inner surface of the long shaft accurately along the prepared holes. SOLUTION: The inner surface machining device includes a fixing device 10 for fixing a tubular member (the long shaft 1), the machining head 20 capable of being inserted into the prepared holes 2 of the tubular member 1 in an axial direction, an axial moving means (a head moving means 30) for relatively moving the machining head 20 in the axial direction with respect to the tubular member 1, a rotating means (a rotating device 40 for the edged tool) for relatively rotating the edged tool 29 with respect to the tubular member 1, and a contact-detecting sensor 15 for detecting the contact of the edged tool 29 with inner surfaces of the prepared holes 2.
