PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the erroneous notification of an alarm which indicates abnormality with a power supply system without changing a constitution of hardware and without causing a large increase in the amount of processing which should be performed on the basis of software with respect to a battery remaining capacity determination device for feeding a drive power to an electronic device which is intermittently operated, and discriminating a remaining capacity of the battery which is intermittently charged. SOLUTION: The battery remaining capacity determination device includes a power control means which feeds power intermittently charged to the battery to an electronic device during a period in which the electronic device should be operated, and a remaining capacity determination means which determines the adaptability of the remaining capacity of the battery as an average of a magnitude relationship between a terminal voltage of the battery and a predetermined threshold during a specified period including a charging period having a length at which power to be fed to the electronic device via the power control means can be charged to the battery.
