<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which is optimum for setting initial set conditions for each user. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The image forming device can set initial set conditions in a plurality of set items for each user. The image forming device includes a set condition storing means, a counting means and a set condition changing means. The set condition storing means associates and stores set items and initial set conditions set for each user. When an image forming processing is accepted with set conditions different from initial set conditions in the set items as input set conditions during log-in, the counting means calculates the number of set items concerning the initial set conditions different from the input set conditions. The set condition changing means changes the initial set conditions in the set items to the input set conditions at the time of log-out when the number of the set items calculated by the counting means is a prescribed number or larger.
