<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an explosive composition which is excellent in explosive power, fluidity and handling property, and has excellent water proofing property to be used without being separated or floated in water and without removing water existing or entering in a boring, and easily manufactured with a simple apparatus and has high specific gravity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The explosive composition is obtained by preparing a dispersion medium made by dissolving and/or dispersing a resin as a combustible material in an organic solvent, mixing the dispersion medium with an oxidant represented by porous prill ammonium nitrate and a specific gravity adjuster and drying.
