<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel device of a game machine which has a simple and inexpensive constitution but makes a pattern appear to move. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The decorative panel 31 is constituted by providing: on the rear surface of a transparent substrate 32, a first light-transmitting surface having a first pattern 42 provided with a light-transmitting color and a shape of a gear and a first back 42c; on the rear surface of the first light-transmitting surface, a substrate 60; and on the rear surface of the substrate 60, a second light-transmitting surface having an outline gear-shaped second pattern 72 by applying a light-shielding paint on a second back 70. With respect to the tooth part 42b of the first pattern 42, a tooth part corresponding part 72b of the second pattern 72 is deviated in the rotating direction of the gear to provide a deviation part d. Since a player views the first pattern 42 when a light source 50 is turned off but views the deviation part d, flickering of the power source 50 makes the tooth part 42b appear to rotate.
