<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing member for hand dryer, a hand dryer, a device for removing the fixing member and a method of removing the fixing member, facilitating the removal work from an installation surface to which the member is stuck with a pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape and restraining deterioration of designability of the installation surface after the removal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fixing member 6 includes: a base plate part 7 provided with a sticking surface 9 and a body fitting part 8 provided on the base plate part 7, to which the hand dryer body 5 is fitted. A tapped hole 13 for removal penetrates through the base plate part 7, and an opening of the tapped hole 13 for removal is formed in the sticking surface 9. With the fixing member 6 stuck to the installation surface 3 through the pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape 4, a removal screw 17 screwed to the tapper hole 13 for removal is projected from the sticking surface 9 to thereby easily displace the fixing member 6 in the direction of separating from the installation surface 3.
