PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment device for a casting which can perform a one hundred percent inspection while maintaining productivity. SOLUTION: An outlet part 12 for a carry-in conveyer 11, a bending inspection mechanism 30, a bur grinding mechanism 15, a bucket 16; an ultrasonic inspection mechanism 40, and an inlet part 22 for a carry-out conveyer 17 are arranged so that a robot 18, which is arranged at the center, is surrounded. According to this invention, bending inspection is performed before deburring and nondestructive inspection so as to remove defectives. The number of bur-free casting fed to nondestructive inspection is reduced. When the number is reduced, total inspection can be performed. Further, since a casting is conveyed to the bending inspection mechanism, burr grinding mechanism and ultrasonic inspection mechanism in this order by one robot, the concentration of the mechanisms is possible, and further, total inspection can be performed.
