PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and accurately confirm channels belonging to a channel group. SOLUTION: A plurality of DCA groups are allocated to an allocation type strip unit 51. Consequently, respective DCA groups are allocated one by one to strip portions 51-1 to 51-12 in the allocation type strip unit 51. Strips 102-1 to 102-16 obtained by extending the strip portions 51-1 to 51-12 are displayed on a strip display part 102 displayed on a display device 14, and channel numbers of channels belonging to respective DCA groups allocated to strip portions 51-1 to 51-12 directly below the strips 102-1 to 102-16 are displayed on the strips 102-1 to 102-16 by icons.
