PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air injection device capable of preventing the ground from being liquefied by reducing the degree of saturation and changing a specific region of the ground to be fed with air. SOLUTION: The air injection device 20 has an air supply pipe 32, an air feeding device 34 for feeding air into the air supply pipe 32, an upper part packer 36 suspended higher than the air supply pipe 32 and expanding its diameter to block a perforated pipe 28, and a lower part packer 38 suspended lower than the air supply pipe 32 and extending its diameter to block the perforated pipe 28. Here, air is poured into a liquefaction addressing layer S from the air supply pipe 32 to reduce the degree of the saturation of the soft ground 18A and prevent its liquefaction. Furthermore, since the upper part packer 36 and the lower part packer 38 are suspended independently from the air supply pipe 32, they are independently moved to change a specific region of the soft ground 18A in which air is fed.
