摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying freezer forming a thin film flow along the surface of a workpiece by the Coanda effect by applying perpendicular impinging jet flow toward the workpiece conveyed on a conveyor belt from the top and bottom sides to the conveyor for maintaining a high heat transfer rate. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In each of an upper space and a lower space of the conveyor belt 25, a plurality of slit nozzles 24 are continuously arranged in the workpiece conveying direction, and an exhaust passage introducing cold air after jetting to both side directions of the conveyor belt is continuously arranged between a plurality of slit nozzles. The cold air is supplied to the upper space of a housing 21 via a cold air circulation means consisting of the exhaust passage, a cooling apparatus and a blower, while nozzle tip parts 23b of the slit nozzles arranged in the vicinities of a housing inlet opening part and an outlet opening part 22 from/to which the conveyor belt moves outward/inward are arranged diagonally toward the housing center side.
