<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus managing with a small number of components, simple in structure, and reducible in weight. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus (50) includes: an imaging element (34); a moving lens body (11) including lenses (L1, L2, L3); an autofocusing actuator (10) having a first drive source for moving the moving lens body in a direction of an optical axis (O); and an attached unit (40) arranged on the subject side rather than the moving lens body and having a second drive source. The first drive source includes a magnet part (18) generating magnetic flux, and a first driving coil (16) through which a current flows to interact with the magnetic flux generated at the magnet part.
