<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-priced apparatus suitable for mass production, the apparatus notifying a remote user about start of vibration of a vibrator in a cellular phone. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An apparatus for remote notification of vibrator start in a cellular phone includes: a sensor for detecting vibration of a rod-like spring, that is vibrated by vibration of a cellular phone body; and an operation switch for powering on a transmitter in accordance with output of the sensor, and a transmission part starting transmission by powering-on is mounted in the cellular phone body. Next, when a radio wave transmitted from the transmitter is received at the side of a bracelet worn around the wrist of a user, a vibration generator is started to notify the user about the reception of the radio wave.
