A method, system and equipment for call processing are disclosed by embodiments of the present invention, the call processing method including that: a call initiator acquires the address information of all or part of call managers in a network domain processing call, the all or part of call managers comprise a call manager which is adjacent to the call initiator and processes the call; the call initiator sends the first call establishing request message to the adjacent call manager according to the address information of all or part of call managers; the call initiator receives the first call establishing response message from the adjacent call manager. Applying the embodiments of the present invention, in the circumstances that client side business need to be transmitted via multiple service side networks, link selection among domains and admission controlling can be enabled by section call processing.
