THE METHOD OF POTATO AND SWEET POTATO FOR INSTANT STEAM HEDING IM MICROWAVE OVEN

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing potatoes and sweet potatoes is provided to enable the potatoes and the sweet potatoes to be instantly steamed in a microwave oven and to prevent the nutrients of the potatoes and the sweet potatoes from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing potatoes and sweet potatoes comprises the following steps: removing dusts and soil from the potatoes; washing and sterilizing the potatoes in a disinfectant producing device using sodium hypochlorite of 70-100 ppm and pH 7.5; removing an antiseptic solution from the potatoes through a washing process; dipping the potatoes in a solution of pH 4 for 1-10 minutes; washing the sweet potatoes and garlic and drying the materials; and packing the potatoes and the sweet potatoes.
