PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a catalyst composition for removing nox, and removing process of nox from the exhaust-gas which contains moisture using the same are provided to remove the nitric oxide from exhaust gas containing moisture by using a catalyst composition having charcoal dipped in copper. CONSTITUTION: A method of removing NOx from an exhaust-gas containing moisture is comprised of the steps: filling manganese oxide and a catalyst composition having an activated charcoal into a reactor; and denitrification-processing an exhaust gas including moisture and nitric oxide.
