PURPOSE: A boiler device for compactly forming the volume of a boiler by dividing the internal space of a housing is provided to reduce the energy for heating hot water by dividing the internal space of a housing into a water collecting space and a water supply space. The inner space of the housing filled with hot water. A water pipe(110) is connected to the one-side upper part of the housing. A collection pipe(120) is connected to the other side of the housing. The heater part is arranged inside the housing. If the external power supply is provided, the heater part heats the warm water. The barrier divides the space part into two spaces. The barrier is extended toward the lower side on the inner upside.
