<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking method wherein an energy source with a higher added value to further improve the taste of food itself is used as the thermal energy for cooking to produce food of luxuries, considering that the sources of thermal energy by gas and electricity used in the current cooking are only used for mere heating. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises: putting some bamboo charcoal in the cooking pot to give food the abundant mineral components the bamboo charcoal has; and using bamboo charcoal as the fuel to bring about the far-infrared effects from the inside and outside of the cooking pot to solve the problems. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
