<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise device, capable of preventing deterioration of flexibility, providing high universality, generating power regardless of usage conditions such as where it is used, and reducing manufacture cost. <P>SOLUTION: The exercise device is a grip strengthening tool 1 including a power generating module 13 to convert force added by a user into electricity by means of a piezoelectric element 13a. The exercise device includes a support part 12b to support the power generating module 13, and a pressure receiving part 12a to receive the force added by the user of the grip strengthening tool 1.
