<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the number of persons staying on a story floor in an elevator-installed building to a specific number of persons or less without requiring much labor of the personnel. <P>SOLUTION: A boarding-alighting person number input part 12 of an elevator monitoring board 1 inputs the boarding-alighting number of persons on the respective story floors. A staying person number calculating part 13 calculates a staying person number present value of the story floor on the inputted boarding-alighting number of persons. An entrance limiting command part 15 performs an entrance limiting command with this story floor as a crowdedness determining story floor when the staying person number present value of a certain story floor exceeds a staying person number threshold value of the story floor. A car control device 3 invalidates operation of a car call button of the crowdedness determining story floor in response to the entrance limiting command, and displays a floor entrance limiting message for notifying passengers of the crowdedness determining story floor on a car guide device 6.
