摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate voltage variation without impairing following performance to the variation of reactive power of a load. <P>SOLUTION: A reactive power compensator includes a limiter 34 in which a value obtained by subtracting the maximum value Qf<SB>MAX</SB>of a load reactive power Qf from an apparatus capacity Qcap is set as an upper limit value and the maximum value Qt<SB>MAX</SB>of an inverted value Qt obtained by inverting a positive/negative sign of the load reactive power Qf is set as a lower limit value. A reactive power correction amountΔQv for correcting the load reactive power Qf is calculated based on a difference voltageΔV between an actual value of a system voltage Vs and a target voltage, and the reactive power correction amountΔQv is limited by the limiter 34, thereby limiting the reactive power correction amountΔQv so as to fall within an apparatus reserve capacity of an apparatus capacity Qcap of the reactive power compensator 1, and reactive power compensation is executed on condition that the sum of the limited reactive power correction amount limit valueΔQv' and the load reactive power Qf is a target reactive power compensation amount Q<SB>M</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
