PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus which respectively extracts a closed energy ranking existence via gravity which are phenomena of nature, that is, the weak force, the electromagnetic force, and the nuclear force, in the manufacture of a unification verifying apparatus for the four forces which do not mutually affect, as a continuous moderate generation of energy. SOLUTION: In the method and the device which respectively output, return, and extract energy in a travel space which is a different four-dimension apce, wherein high energy exists, into a stator space which is the four-dimension for the input energy in the stator space, and a galaxy gear is based on the method and the device which respectively obtain another four-dimensional high-energy from the travel space as a means of inputting the input energy by using a galaxy gear group, in concert with a Vega gear and a first wheel for outputting and returning the energy to the four-dimension via a planetary gear group which supplies the input energy from the stator space to a galaxy space, between the internal gear and the carrier of a planetary gear constituted of a gear group.
