<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items, and to downsize a transmission case, by devising a transmission structure between a traveling system transmission mechanism and a working system transmission mechanism arranged in the transmission case. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the middle of the transmission system between the traveling system transmission mechanism 4 and the working system transmission mechanism 5, a single branch transmission shaft 33 is provided. On the transmission downstream side from the branch transmission shaft 33, the traveling system transmission mechanism 4 and the working system transmission mechanism 5 are made to branch off. On the transmission upstream side from the branch transmission shaft 33, the traveling system transmission mechanism 4 and the working system transmission mechanism 5 are constituted by a gear change mechanism.
