<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturizable electric-hydraulic integrated hydraulic device, improving mechanical efficiency, reducing operation noise, and reducing cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An electric-hydraulic integrated motor 1 includes a hydraulic motor 10 and an electric motor 30. The electric-hydraulic integrated motor 1 has a rotating shaft 11, and rotates the rotating shaft by hydraulic fluid to be supplied. The electric motor 30 has a rotor 32 connected to the rotating shaft 11 and a stator 33 arranged around the rotor 32. The electric motor 30 is integrated by being put on a hydraulic rotating machine, and the rotor 32 is arranged to surround the peripheral surface of the hydraulic motor 10.
