A dynamic interruption coordination scheme based on distributed probability is provided in the present invention to reduce or delete the interruption among cells, in which ALOHA mechanism is inducted in the dynamic interruption coordination. According to the first aspect of the present invention, a resource scheduling method is provided, which includes: selecting the resource to schedule from a scheduling list; selecting a first user device to schedule from the scheduling list; if the first user is an edge user, distributing the selected resource to the first user in probability p, 0=p=1. The probability p could be preset or be adjusted dynamically. A scheduler for executing the above said resource scheduling method and a Base Station (BS) including the scheduler are provided in the present invention. |
