<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device suppressing differential air pressure generated between the inside and the outside of an axial lip, suppressing suction of the axial lip to a flange part, and suppressing abrasion of the axial lip. <P>SOLUTION: A bent extension part 67 extended from a radial outer end of a flange part 66 extended in the almost radial direction of a slinger 52 to a radial extended part 61 side of a core member 50 in the axial direction and extended to an external fitting and fixing part 65 side of the slinger 52 in the radial direction is formed on the slinger 52. The sealing device can take both of a first state wherein the axial lip 54 is brought into contact with the slinger 52 and is not brought into contact with the bent extension part 67, and a second state wherein the axial lip 54 is not brought into contact with the slinger 52 and is brought into contact with the bent extension part 67. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
