<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus in which a space is obtained around an image holder and size reduction is attained. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 10 includes a photoreceptor drum 210; a light guide member 120, by which light emitted from a light-emitting part 140 is guided to the photoreceptor drum 210; an intermediate transfer belt 62 to which an image is transferred from the photoreceptor; and a right plate 102 and a left plate 104 that support the intermediate transfer belt 62. The light guide member 120 is supported by the right and the left plates 102 and 104. The image forming apparatus 10 has a photoreceptor unit body 202, to which the photoreceptor drum 210 is attached so that a part of the drum 210 is exposed, and the light guide member 120 is pressed and positioned against the photoreceptor unit body 202. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
