<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance insulation performance between a capacitor and a pattern on a printed wiring board, in a power converter with a capacitor mounting board, and to reduce inductance of wiring. <P>SOLUTION: The power converter includes a DC link part that connects a rectifier with an inverter. The DC link part includes a printed wiring board 1 with a smoothing circuit constituted by connecting a plurality of capacitors 2 in series and in parallel. The printed wiring board includes: a negative electrode pattern N which constitutes the negative electrode of the DC link part, on the topside of an insulating board; a positive electrode pattern P which constitutes the positive electrode of the DC link part; and an intermediate electrode pattern C which is arranged adjacent to the positive electrode pattern and constitutes the intermediate connection electrode of the capacitor connected in series. The negative electrode pattern is formed only on the plane of projection of the capacitor that is connected to the negative electrode side of the DC link part among the capacitors connected in series. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
