<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector for a flat conductor which can be adjusted so that the flat conductor is easy to insert even when the number of terminals increases, and wiping effect and contact reliability between terminals can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: A part of a plurality of terminals is formed as an energizing terminal 40 including an indirect energizing arm part 42, which extends laterally on an upper surface side of the flat conductor P, and indirectly energizes an upper surface of the flat conductor P to a contact part 41A through a pressurizing member 50 during insertion of the flat conductor P by elastically contacting with a shaft part 55A of the pressurizing member 50. Terminals except for the energizing terminal 40 out of the plurality of terminals are formed as restricting terminals 20, 30 having restricting arm parts 22, 33, each of which forms a gap for allowing displacement of the shaft part 55A of the pressurizing member 50 to a predetermined position with the shaft part 55A in a direction for separating from the upper surface of the flat conductor P during turning of the pressurizing member from an open position to a close position so as to restrict the displacement of the shaft part 55A by equal to or more than a predetermined amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
