<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light condensing sheet for solar cells that uses a general plastic film, has versatility, and improves light condensing efficiency of solar cells by optimizing problems of a limit of light condensing efficiency, difficulties in sunlight trackability, restrictions on an installation space, etc., and a method of manufacturing the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The light condensing sheet for solar cells is characterized in arraying, on a transparent film, a plurality of light condensing parts each formed by providing a light reception part in a concave bowl shape and a transparent column in the center of the light reception part, the transparent column being a polygonal column whose upper and lower parts are different in thickness and which has a length such that its tip does not protrude outward from the light reception part.
