PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, method and program for delivery management, capable of efficiently confirming a delivery state of a cargo delivered by the same label information, while facilitating acquisition of a delivery label of the same label information. SOLUTION: A control unit 21 of an acceptance management server 20 imparts an acceptance number when acquiring the label information from a customer terminal 10, and records label printing management data including this acceptance number and the received label information. The control unit 21 of the acceptance management server 20 performs specific processing of the label information when receiving a label information request including the acceptance number acquired via a kiosk terminal 41 from a store server 40, and performs registering processing of a tracking number, and transmits the label information and the tracking number to the store server 40. The control unit 21 of the acceptance management server 20 of receiving the acceptance number from the customer terminal 10, acquires the tracking number associated to this acceptance number, and acquires a delivery state based on this tracking number, to be provided for the customer terminal 10.
