<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travelling toy with steering function, securely preventing the toy from stopping by falling down and collision with simple constitution and preventing movement becoming monotone. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Arm members 4 as supporting bodies capable of moving up and down are attached to a body 2. Casters 6 are turnably attached to the arm members 4, such that a rolling direction varies within a preset angle. Wheels 6c of the casters 6 are arranged in positions eccentric from the centers of turning of caster bodies 6a. Driving wheels 8 are driven by a driving part 14. The driving part 14 drives the driving wheel 8 so as to go forward when the wheels 6c of the casters 6 contact to the ground and the arm members 4 is raised and drives the driving wheels 8 so as to go rearward for a predetermined time when the wheels 6c fall down and the arm members 4 are lowered. Rotational force acts on the casters 6 when going back or forth and the rolling direction varies in the wheels 6c of the casters 6. Thus, advancing direction varies in right and left directions.
