<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a converter mounting apparatus for underwater photographic equipment, the apparatus stabilizing the photographic equipment, changing a mounting part of the photographic equipment in the water and mounting it firmly when the photographic equipment is unstable because the mounting part gets loose during the use in the water or when there is a need to change the mounting part of the photographic equipment in the water. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The converter mounting apparatus for the underwater photographic equipment comprises: a bracket shoe to which an underwater stroboscope, light, or the like is mounted; a lanyard into which a bracket shoe-mounting screw is inserted and on which a suspension belt is hooked; a top plate of a grip to which an underwater waterproof case is mainly mounted; and a mounting plate structured to adjust the position in a turning direction between the lanyard and the top plate.
