<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill unit having a simple configuration and a large use space, facilitating attachment/detachment of a grill pan and having good usability, and a heating cooker including the grill unit. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The grill unit includes: a grill chamber 11 having an opened front face and fixed guide rails 14 opposing to the inner wall; a grill door device 20 which includes sliding rails 23 slidably fitted to the fixed guide rails 14, a grill door 21 for opening/closing an opening of the grill chamber 11, and a pull down mechanism 25 structured of pull down arms 26 with one ends fixed to the door 21 and the other ends journaled to the sliding rails 23 and holding arms 30 with approximately intermediate parts journaled to the sliding rails 23 and lower parts connected to sliding holes 28 of the pull down arms 26, and is stored in the grill chamber 11 in a drawer method; and the grill pan 40 detachably placed on the sliding rails 23 of the grill door device 20. When the grill door device 20 is drawn from the grill chamber 11 to become a pull down state, upper ends of the holding arms 30 are protruded from the upper faces of the sliding rails 23.
