PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor in which sharing of spiral pins is achieved and invasion of foreign matters into spiral grooves is prevented by a communicating passage that contributes to reduction of working man-hours of machining for cost reduction. SOLUTION: In the compressor provided with a communicating passage 25 that communicates between an oil reservoir chamber 18 and a sealed space, the communicating passage 25 is arranged at the side of the oil reservoir chamber 18, and includes an upstream section 38 in which a spiral pin 27 having spiral grooves on outer peripheral surface is accommodated, and a downstream section 37 arranged at the side of the sealed space. The upstream section 38 includes a large diameter section 38a, a medium diameter section 38b and a small diameter section 38c that provide small diameter step by step from the oil reservoir chamber 18 side toward the sealed space side, the medium diameter section 38b has a substantially same inner diameter as an outer diameter of the spiral pin 27, and a bottom surface of the medium diameter section 38b is made higher than that of the large diameter section 38a so that a step is provided, and the small diameter section 38c and a bottom surface of the downstream section 37 that communicates with the small diameter section 38c are made to have the same level.
