The mechanism has a pivot bearing (5) accommodating a free pivotable arm of an angle lever (18). A rotation point (2) of the lever is arranged at a seat plate (1). An actuator (11) i.e. adjusting device, for an energy accumulator (20) is longitudinally displaced at another pivotable arm of the lever. The accumulator acts on a pivotable part of a spring lever (9), which is formed as single-arm lever. A rotation point (13) of the spring lever is arranged in a lower region of the plate. A front pivotable part of the spring lever is directly pressed on a spring storage.
