PURPOSE: A method for producing Capsicum annuum wine is provided to balance between wine taste and capsaicin taste of Capsicum annuum. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing Capsicum annuum wine comprises: a step of fermenting Cambell Early grapes for 7-10 days; a step of juicing fermented grape to obtain grape juice; a step of adding Chungyang red pepper; a step of fermenting for 15-20 days; and a step of maturing for 20-30 days. |
