PURPOSE: A functional healthy food composition is provided to reinforce the strength and immunity of a taker and to be quickly absorbed to the body of the taker by containing black garlic, schizandra, lycium chinense, rubus coreanus fruit, cuscuta seed, and cnidium monnieri as main ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a functional healthy food composition includes a step of mixing 10-25 parts by weight of black garlic powder or extract, 5-15 parts by weight of schizandra powder or extract, 5-15 parts by weight of lycium chinense powder or extract, 5-15 parts by weight of rubus coreanus fruit powder, 5-15 parts by weight of cuscuta seed powder or extract, 5-15 parts by weight of cnidium monnieri powder or extract with water and other adjuvants.
