PURPOSE: An antibiotic composition containing green tea extract, papaya extract, chitosan, and phytospingosine is provided to ensure excellent antibiotic effect to acne-inducing bacteria. CONSTITUTION: An antibiotic composition contains green tea extract, papaya extract, chitosan and phytospingosine as active ingredients. A composition for preventing or treating acne contains green tea extract, papaya extract, chitosan, phytospingosine as active ingredients. The composition contains the ingredients in 0.1-20 weight parts. The composition additionally contains carbapol and KOH. The bacteria are antibiotic-resistant bacteria. The composition is an external use skin composition. The external use skin composition is used in the form of solution, suspension, emulsion, paste, gel, cream, lotion, powder, and soap.
