<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower suction type sintering machine capable of safely manufacturing a sintered ore of high strength and high quality with a high yield. <P>SOLUTION: The sintering machine includes: a circulating pallet 8; raw material supply devices 4-7 for forming a charge layer 9 by charging a sintered raw material containing powder ore and a charcoal material on the pallet 8; an ignition furnace 10 for igniting the charcoal material in the charge layer 9; a wind box 13 arranged on the lower side of the pallet 8; gaseous fuel supply devices 12a-12c arranged on the downstream side of the ignition furnace 10, injecting gaseous fuel on the upper side of the charge layer 9, mixing the gaseous fuel with air and supplying the gaseous fuel as diluted gaseous fuel; and a fuel supply part surrounding hood 16 surrounding the gaseous fuel supply devices 12a-12c. The fuel supply part surrounding hood 16 is formed to have a square frame shape having an opened upper end, and includes straightening vane rows 18a-18c arranged on the upper sides of the gaseous fuel supply devices 12a-12c and having a function to prevent scattering of the diluted gaseous fuel to outside and an air straightening function. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
